Boot washer Pulitak Monopass model constitutes a stopping point on a necessary step, in which are carried out the mechanical cleaning function of the shoe soles with oscillating brushes and disinfection of the same with nebulization of appropriate solutions.
Made of stainless steel AISI 304 is intended to be used in the transit points between the local service and production. It is easy to clean and maintain.
It works with compressed air in safety conditions even in presence of humid environments and water, having non-electric energy.
Boot washer Pulitak is composed of the base, it consists of a grid with two brushes and two handrails. The sanitizing operations of the soles are activated by the operator climb onto the platform. With the weight exerted on the platform, the brushes move in oscillating and their mechanical mode of action removes dirt and debris present on shoe soles.
At the same time the nozzles are activated, from which the appropriate disinfectant solution is dispensed to the soles.
The brushes have a uniform wear of the bristle and do not deform during the rubbing on the sole.
The Monopass represents the base model of sole cleaner Pulitak.
